"Ouch..."

This game is really well made. The length, and details are amazing. The time spent on it is very apparent. However, there is one fatal flaw that I can only imagine is the programming.

The game is slow, really slow. If my computer can play Aion, WoW and Eve on full graphics I should not have ANY problems with a flash game. You said, "it kills us that things outside of our control might be lessening your experience <3" but the truth is it IS on the programmer to not only create a game to his best potential, but to make it in a way that is PLAYABLE. Don't you think Blizzard and other companies can make textures even better? Or the programming even more complicated? They don't because they have to balance potential with realistic goals. A good programmer not only knows how to program a game but how to place everything in a creative way to make things run faster.

When I am forced to play on low backgrounds, and graphics; when the game is reduced to poorly drawn polygons and blurs to still experience lagginess and clunky movement because of the games design you know something went wrong.

A designer knows his limitations. If you can't program a game that will run well when made to superior designs, then maybe you should simplify things, or edit out some things to your programming capabilities. It's like in art. I have the most imaginative ideas, but I know the limits of my skills, so I have to scale back.

This is sad only because anyone can SEE how good the game could be. You have great potential. This game could easily be a masterpiece. And I hope you continue improving.

Could be so good, and yet it's sooooo bad. First of all the drawing tool, the circle has to be perfect, it forces you to just hold the mouse until it registers a circle by drawing a bigger circle and closing it before the starting line. Then the time. There should be an option to take the time off or not. Sometimes you don't want pressure, you just want to play. All would be fine if the tool was any good.

And don't get me wrong, I'm such a trekkie that I REALLY wanted to play this game... Unfortunately the tool completely ruined the game for me.

It was amazing, but sadly, even some really crappy flashes look great when they're 2x2 inches... I would've appreciated a normal sized flash that still looked like it had that level of quality. This flash is seen as it really is when stretched 2x or 3x the size. Which is still good, but not as good as it seems. It's also very short, felt like we got the introduction but didn't explore the whole story.

Good luck on creating other quality pieces!
